Driving around Glen Arbor presents a quaint cottage style downtown area, with road ends to Lake Michigan for beautiful views from your car. Head toward East of town along the Crystal River, and take a nice return on a wooded windy road back to Glen Arbor.
Driving through Frankfort displays beautiful architecture on the North side of town, and Lake Michigan views at the park seen from the comfort of your car. Drive along the Betsie Lake shoreline to Elberta for a scenic vista overlook of Lake Michigan from the Lakeside Drive parking area.
Driving through Empire is a nice community within the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore tour. Swing through the neighborhoods South of town, through downtown, and out to the Lake Michigan shoreline at the park with beautiful views from your car.
Driving in Beulah exhibits its most prominent feature as the lakeshore roadway along beautiful Crystal Lake. It’s a short drive to circle back around along Frankfort highway, then meander through the shoreline residential areas and back down along the quaint downtown.
