Bellaire South Bicycle
Heading South out of Bellaire kicks off the more challenging portion of the ride. Shanty Creek is beautiful wooded hills, with lots of turns. Then on to M-88, which can be heavy with traffic at times. Grass River Nature Preserve is off the corridor, but worth the ride into the park and nature center. Continuing on to Clam River, there are a few options for food and rations. Then wind your way back to Bellaire for an ice cream or cold beer.
